If a cat and a baby were both in danger, I would save the baby. If there were time afterwards to save the cat, then I would do so, but if not, I think most people would understand. Besides, cats have 9 lives. They can spare one now and then.

Having time to save a cat or any other animals life depends on the situtation at the time. If the cat is merely sick than yes you would. If the cat is on fire than no. If your house is on fire and you are inside with the cat than yes. If outside than no. During a thunderstorm if you are fast enough than yes, during a hurricane or tornado there is a chance if you hurry.

I have had 5 cats. Two of them I had to have put down because of illness. One died of natural causes but I kept him alive for many years even though he had a heart condition. A pet is like family (and better than some family members.)

yes, I'm a cat lover. Saved 2 kittens the other day and it was a pleasure to feed them back to life and see them grow into adults....
