we broke up a little while ago. i still love her so much. i dont find anyone attractive, anyone at all, only her. i only want to be with her. we loved eachother so much but one day she wanted to be friends and its so hard not having her to hold anymore. im i insane or is this normal?

its normal u are going thru the withdrawal stage u probably wake up in sweats and with chills, ineed to keep ur self busy try to do things that will bring up ur self esteem and do things that will allow u feel good about ur self she might come back or maybe not but keep focus on ur self

It is normal to have feelings for an ex. It's not easy to forget the one you still love. You cannot force yourself to simply forget someone. You still have feelings for her and they might not even go away. Hopefully with time you will find another female whcih you will love and be loved back by. Also pray that within time, your love for your ex will fade because since she moved on, so must you. You now have the right to be free and be loved the way you deserved.

Sounds extra like the present guy is a "rebound"... meaning you're protecting thoughts for ex in this new guy, and ought to recover from and grieve ex formerly looking all of us else
