well if you haven;t ask him out yet and he doesn't know you like him don't tell him u love him just yet it would scared him but just ask if you 2 can hang out and just chill and gradually put it in there that you are reallly feeling him but was scared to tell him.

just say that you have a crush on him and u were wondering if he might want to go out whith u and if he says no just tell him that yall coulbe friends or if yes just scream your hart out or tell ur bestfriend
