that happened to me before and the girl was okay. but when i was in high school that happened to some chick and apparently she had a cyst in there and it ruptured or something. don't remember exactly what the deal was.

It could be that (a) you managed to break her hymen again, (b) you injured her and if she didn't say something,she should have, or if she did say something, you should have stopped, or (c) her period started (ask if was her time of the month).
