Why some new friends would like to ask invitigating questions like:1) how much you are earning, 2) how many money in your account. 3) or how much you are paying for your monthly tax payment.

Some people might not realize that it is rude and might not mean any harm, and since you say they are new friends, they might not know its not very polite. Just politely tell them it is not very ethical to ask such questions. I'm sure they'll stop. ok not really sure because I've never been asked that but I'm assuming that we're all reasonable people.

They simply want to know if you're richer/poorer than them. If you're richer, they'll be jealous and can't sleep that night, otherwise they would be very happy and proudly tell you more about their money.
