Since female pedophiles DO exist. I think they also should have their hands removed, and sexual organs removed. A little graphic, but I think that penalty would definately make them think twice about it.

Pedophilia is a power motivated crime, like other rapes. It has nothing to do with sex, so castration would not be effective, it's their mind that is the offending organ. We have 10's of 1000's of men who commit this crime, very, very few women, how come we are worried about it? Get rid of the masses of men and then worry about the very few women. There was a village where a lot of women were raped after dark. The King said "Establish a curfew for the women..." The Queen said, "It's the men who a raping, give them a curfew." The point is-establish your priorities.

Females should be handled no differently than males. They don't discriminate with children when committing the crime. A child, is a child. is a child. The only difference is "whose" child is it. If it were your child, nothing less than death would be be acceptable. Pedophiles don't discriminate in the crime, why should the law discriminate with the punishment.

I think all pedophiles should be hung in the town square. I also think that women pedophiles are on the rise. They should also be hung. How sick does someone have to be to put them out of their misery.

a pedophile is a pedophile gender shouldn't be an issue..they should all be treated the same. personally i think the victims parents should decide the punishment..an eye for an eye so to speak.

I agree both men and women pedophiles should be equally punished....and the punishment they get now is no where near justice.

I disagree with the same crime/ same punishment theory. Men and women are different. Women are designed to nurture and therefore, I think the punishment should be even more severe for women than it is for men (who also are not punished any where near severly enough.
