It wont induce internal bleeding unless there is already a problem internally, for example colitis or an ulcer, and even then I don't know it would necessarily cause bleeding. If you drink enough vodka in huge quantites all in one go, it could easily cause you all sorts of problems. But when I was younger, I drank vodka every weekend and it didn't cause me any problems. This sounds like an urban myth to me.

No it doesn't.
If you drink a lot (like any alcohol) it will cause vomiting, and prolongued vomiting can ruptures small blood vessels in the throat or stomach. Blood may come out in the vomit, but this is nothing dangerous and does not qualify as actual internal bleeding. The haemoraging is very slight and will heal in a matter of hours with no ill-effects.

If that were true, I'd have died a long time ago! I think sour mash whiskey would have a better chance of causing internal bleeding.

Depends on the amount.
Obviously if you ingest more than your stomach can handle, it could rupture and bleed.
mind you, that much vodka, you'd probably die of alcohol poisoning before that happened.

i am not sure if it induces internal bleeding or not, but it does cause liver damage, as will any alcohol.
