Is it better to have glasses with rims on it? Or it performs the same as the rimless ones?

I have a pair that have no rims around the lenses. I love mine and they look good. It's all a personal choice. There's no difference in clarity or power of the lenses.

I've had rimless glasses for about 2 years now and I love them! They're no different that conventional rimmed glasses.

By "rims" I assume you are talking about the frame around the lenses? If that is the case, they perform the same as any other framed glasses, the only thing I have found is the possibilty of a lense cracking a little easier due to the stress points the nose bridge and ear frames place on the lense.

I tried the rimless ones and I didn't like them.

They suck, I had them, and they broke constantly. I was always repairing them with dental floss.
