razi is right about the engine it is quite capable of 400 hp with the right parts, i'm a nissan buff myself, that is an sr20 in that sentra. they can be made to be very nasty. what these honduh boys don't seem to understand is horsepower while important isn't the actual driving force from the motor. it is torque, larger displacement engine s almost always have more torque. hop up that sentra and tear up some honduhs man!

Your engine has the capability to go up to 400hp and more, if you know what you're doing. Plus a Civic is front wheel drive, once that thing gets high horsepower, it won't have a quick launch a rear wheel drive car would. Bleh with front wheel drive.

Most of your DOHC have more power, because of the 2 overhead cams, the engine breathes more. These are very good engines.

yes they are bigger but you will find the rev range is different and the smaller civic engine will alow the car to go 260km\h as standard instead of having a lower reving heavier donk that will slow u down

no, that engine puts out about 126 hp, while the civics 1.8 L puts out 140hp. Go with the 165 hp 2.5L SE-R engine
