I am sorry to hear about your loss. I cried like a baby when my frog died that I raised from a tadpole.

You are one COLD hearted person. I have lost a child and it was not any harder than loosing a pet. If you are human you know that there are a lot people that can not have kids and pets are there kids. This is no different.
Again I am sorry

Try this site for a list of links to help deal with the loss of a pet. There are a large number in many different categories.

Not that I know of. I looked for some before when my 8 year old cat passed away and I could not find anything ~ just websites where people wanted to sell me books about grieving pet owners.
Good luck in your search. I am sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved pet.

I would suggest trying a search engine on the web to look for a site. I know that one exists for cats, but I can't recall the name. However, I am sure that sites also exists for other pets. They tend to have sections for memorials and other info such as cremations for pets. Sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry for your loss, my family and I recently lost our 10 year old golden retriever to cancer very suddenly. See if you can find a website that has the Rainbrow Bridge story on it.
And to rosesharon55, that was a very cruel thing you wrote. You apparently have never known the love that a good, sweet dog can give.

I don't know that answer.
I am writing to say how sorry I am, over the years I have lost many of my friends in death. The hardest ones for me were the ones where I could not find a vet. to relieve the suffering and just held my animal until it died. But that being said there were no easy ones either! I am sorry for your loss.

rosesharon55 - That was cruel and heartless.
A puppy is a family member and losing one hurts nearly just as much. Freckles, my heart goes out to you. I don't know of any websites, but if I were in your position and just lost my puppy (which I nearly did one year ago with tick paralysis), I think I'd go and buy a new, different one to love and cherish to help fill that void. Take care.

You could try these couple sites and see if they help with getting over your loss. I am so sorry you lost your puppy so young. But I hope these will help you. If even just a little.

I think he is fine. I got a full grown cat from my sister and I have had her for at least a year now. My sister comes over once and a while and she acts kinda like she knows that im her momma/owner what ever and she doesnt pay all that much attention to my sister.
