I think that we should have a government, kind of like singapore. You can't even throw a piece of bubblegum on the ground without getting fined, or if you shoplift, you get your hand cut off. I think the penalty should be pretty steep, for pedophiles. Castration?

If there is more than one child involved or if they are a repeat offender, then the death penalty. And I'm serious. There isn't a cure for this sickness. They shouldn't be allowed to continue to ruin children's lives/futures.

Non-violent Pedophiles should be incarcerated at a minimum security prison, and an attempt at rehabilitation should be made, then after they have served their time they should be reintroduced into society, under strict supervision, utilzing foolproof technology that will never allow them near children again.

Violent pedophiles should be executed.

I do not want a toletarian government where you can't get away with breaking the rules! You know, how terrible would it be to get a fine for every piece of litter or inappropriate action! Yes people break the rules and it kind of sucks for someone else, but that's what makes the world go round! No one's perfect, you just stick it to em later, when it's your turn! we all get a turn to break the rules, don't lie you do it too! Whether it's your loud music or taking the last piece of chicken in a bucket and not saying sorry! Whether it's Tilting a soda machine that ripped you off or cutting someone off on the highway, we all bend the rules sometimes.

The punishment of tolitarianism should be for those that have already affected others, hence the "strict supervision" clause of my utopian penal system for pedophiles.

Castration is too nice. Besides, some pedophiles are female. For this type of crime, I say let the crime set the punishment. Whatever the person does to the child should be done back 100 fold by someone big, mean, and disgustingly cruel. These people make children feel trapped and helpless, so they should experience that same fear, helplessness, entrapment, and pain. When they beg for the death penalty, send them back to "the room."

Honestly I think pedophiles should be given the death penalty, but I know unless they kill someone during an act there's no chance of that. So They should go to jail for life and put in population and let the guys in jail dish out their punishment. They may be criminals, but they hate pedophiles. I think castration is not a good enough punishment for them.

Put them on the mainline in Ca's finest level 4 institution. It will only be a matter of hours until the rest of the inmates find out what he did. Then it will only be a matter of time until he goes to yard with all the other inmates. Oh, did I mention that pedophiles and rapists are looked at as the scum of society in the eyes of an upstanding inmate who might have only committed murder or something. None of this send him to AdSeg or shu for his own protection crap. Let him fend for himself.

My dream is to start an organization called "the house of colin" it would be an organization that would "deal" with pedophiles and other sick perverts or murderer's, where jail would be just to good or if the police dont have enough evidence to convict, but know the bastard did it.

Here's the problem with castration, they can still molest and rape, they just wouldn't be able to use their penises. They can rape with an object.

I say lock 'em up and throw away the key. Put them in with the general population. They won't last long. No second chances. Convicted for child molestation even once and you're in prison for life with no possibility of parole.
