Aspirin thins the blood. if you take enough aspirin it will make it impossible for your blood to clot and you will bleed to death from every possible place in the body imaginable. I have seen people with an OD of aspirin bleeding from the eyes, ears, nose, bowels, stomach (vomiting blood). The urine is pure blood because the kidneys and bladder bleed. Usually this bleeding can't be stopped fast enough to avoid death and the person bleeds to death.
