I have been seeing all these videos on the internet of what happens when you put mentos in pesi or diet coke. I don't know if they are true or not but has anyone actualy tried it. If you have say so and say what happened

Yep, I have every reason to believe it's true even though I haven't tried it myself yet. They didn't believe it on the Russell Rush show on Mix 96.1 but then they bought all the stuff, went out to the parking lot and what do you know, the coke shot up to almost 30 ft. they said. One of their callers said that diet coke is best because it's less sticky.

It is true.. Use Diet Coke for the best results..Drop the Mentos all at once (stacked in a row) quickly into the bottle. Watch out! It is a powerful eruption!! <-- (The secret is getting all the Mentos in the bottle real quick. Not dropped in slowly!)

No, it won't kill you. It might give you some bad gas, but unless you drink or eat an unhealthy amount, which is bad no matter what you consume, you won't have anything worse.
