It might be the types of foods you eat before go to bed. If you eat a lot of sugary foods or foods with a lot of carbs, these foods tell your brain you're hungry. Eat high fiber and high protien foods before bed, and that should limit your hunger.

Side note: it's ok to rest right after eating (30 min to an hour), but not a good thing to go to sleep (even though it feels so good sometimes) after eating because your body will not use the food as energy and store it, thus bogging your system down and in turn contributes to weight gain. Since it takes food anywhere from 15 minutes (juice) to 8 hours (meat) to digest, give yourself at least 2 hours before going to bed -and remain active, not excercise (because then it will be harder for your body to wind down to prepare you for sleeping), just moving around and doing things to help your body properly digest what you have eaten.

because if you eat at like 7 or 6 and you go to bed at 10 or 9 then you go for 3 hours with out eating.dose that answer your question?
