Recently my boyfriend of 4 years went away for 2 weeks. And when he came back he told me that some girl came on to him, a girl who knows me and wanted to have sex with him... well that didn't bug me because as much as this. This girl that I don't know at all gave him a back massage. I got really upset over the phone with him and he told me that nothing else happened. Part of the reason why I get worried is that he has cheated on me before then lied to me about it on one of these trips. Was I wrong for getting upset? And how can I stop feeling jealous, because I hate that feeling.

If you're jealous, there's probably a good reason for it. This guy has already broken your trust once and hasn't built it back yet. I'd talk to him and tell him that the things he's donig are making you uncomfortable and until you feel you can trust him fully he needs to back off the other girls for awhile. If he's not willing to help you trust him, he's not worth your trust. And usually your gut instinct is right. 9 out of 10 times, once a cheater, always a cheater!

yes we all do hate that feeling. I wish I knew how to answer that - then Id be a very happy camper. I worry even if my boyfriend doesnt do anything wrong at all. It comes with the territory - no matter how great he is - a girl is going to be jealous simply because she cares and deep down on consious and subconscious level we as females believe that monogomy is the highest "law" of all and nothing NOTHING is more important - so naturally jealousy will intensify the whole "he is mine ! syndrome ". happens to everyone girl =)

If he's cheated on you before - you have every right to feel jealous. You need to find yourself someone else who will respect you and your feelings. Having a bf that you can't trust to begin with - you will never stop being jealous - he makes you that way - don't let him control you.

If you truly love hi that much, you need to be able to trust him as you would yourself. Do you flirt or cheat on him? That could create a bit of uneasiness within yourself. You need to be true to yourself and him and the rest will follow suit. If he cannot look you in the eye and be honest with you, you need to find a guy who can. You sound WAY to sweet to have to think about this!

Well at least he's telling you what happened this time instead of sneaking around. But he shouldn't be letting other girls touch him. He obviously doesn't think there's anything wrong with that (eg. massage), you may need to calmly explain that you think as a couple you shouldn't let other people touch you, it's inappropriate. Also ditch your so-called friends who wanted to have sex with him.

To me I think jealousy is such a useless emotion anyway .Now maybe you need cousnling to see why you get so jealous at times because there is a root to every reason.

The best way to stop feeling jealous is to date someone you either trust completely or don't care about...or feel so confident in yourself that you know this guy is not your soul mate anyway...

If he has a history of cheating, I think it's ok if you were upset. He may have done it again, and you only took the natural reaction.

Oh Geez....this guy has done this before? And u wonder why u are the way u r? I would dump the dude...if you cant trust your partner or spouse or bf or gf...then what else is there.....I couldnt live like that....
