toradol is an addictive substance, however just getting a single shot is not going to cause addiction. even two or three. actually one of the most addictive substances is nicotine. check that out. toradol is a pain killer, thus a narcotic and ALL narcotics have addictive qualities. becoming addicted to a narcotic has many physiologic and psychologic ramifications. so anwering your question specifically depends on your use, your age, your dosage, your proclivity to addiction, and a few other things.

Toradol is NOT addictive. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It's often called injectible ibuprofen, as the two drugs are in the same class.

Narcotics are"controlled" substances regulated by the Drug Enforcement Administration. Toradol is a prescription drug, but it is NOT "controlled". Morphine, dilaudid, fentanyl, valium, vicodin, percocet, all controlled AND narcotics. Toradol, Motrin, etc. are neither.
