Your blood pressure drops in that position and when you rise up the blood rushes out of your head and it's the bodies natural reaction to make you lay down to get the blood back in there, hence passing out.
Try getting up a little slower. I had the same thing too but it I haven't had it happen for a long time.

You are restricting the blood in your legs when your are down. With the restriction, the blood collects in the legs, making you a little light headed. When you try to stand up, there is not enough blood to supply your brain for a minute.
Try laying down on the floor for a few seconds before standing up.

It is most likely because fot your blood pressure.
The same thing happens to my mom, but she can be standing up and pass out. She doesent even recall falling down immediately after.
It could be nothing but check with you doctor first.

it's called orthostatic hypotension. It happens because of fluid shifts and the vascular system trying to compensate for that. When you make changes in position like that do it more slowly.

I think that's caused by low blood pressure. So see a doctor.
Edit: I think also dehydration can cause that.

Sounds like it is your blood pressure, when you move around your movement afects your blood pressure. If this continues you should get seen by a Doctor.

Could it be that you have poor circulation? I would definitely explain this to your doctor and then you can get a clearer explanation.
