I was in the bathroom doing my hair, and heard almost a snoring sound coming from the corner, and it was my baby China, it was so short and low I couldn't tell if she was snoring or not. I had to leave because I was laughing so hard I didn't want to wake her. Do they really snore like people? *lol (I don't know why this is so funny to me!)

I have a cat thats about 20 pounds and 10 years old. She makes a lot of noise when she's in a deep sleep. She also twitches her paws and sometimes wakes herself up. I don't know why either but it is funny to listen to a cat snore and twitch. Maybe because it makes them seem a little human.

Yes they do. We'll one of my 6 kitties does anyway. She was a Ferrel cat when I found her 3 years ago and it was in early spring after a rather cold winter. When I took her to the vet, they told me that she had a lung infection and they gave me some meds. She's just fine now but she still has a small funny snore that makes me laugh.
You might want to have the vet check your kittie out just to be sure he/she's ok? I also know that the snoring could also be an allergies or something worse? It's better to be safe than sorry.

I have 2 snorers. Sometimes they are louder than my husband. I've had them both to the vet and they hae checked out healthy so I don't know why they snore, but they do.

They snore, but not all of them. When they do snore its very quite.
