As a woman, I think it is attractive for other women to actually have eye brows. The drawn-in kinds are okay, but some are absolutely ridiculous looking. Some put high arches and they look like clowns. Some just have one line and that looks ridiculous too!
It's all about being natural when it comes to eyebrows.
