I take a good shower with a really good body wash. If there is still a smell that isnt pleasant, than you should probably see a dotor because there might be an infection.

Either Summer's Eve spray or their feminine wipes. Hey, even Always have feminine wipes for that time of the month.
Take some soap and water, wash down there, and then, either douche or take the feminine wipes and wipe there and then, that is it. Let the sex begin!

I would not use any sprays like Summers Eve because that would not make oral very pleasant.
Shower right before. Do it together, makes good foreplay.
