never heard of a Jesusite, maybe you mean christians or jesuites, which are total ends of the spectrum. In general though, people who ask questions filled with generalities that infere all of one type of people always do a certain behavior could possibly be limited in their knowledge of those who follow that certain philosophy of life. My suggestion to you is to get to know a lot more of these "Jesusites before making such an all encompassing presumption.

I like both those new words - Jesusites & preech. The first because frankly their old name was wearing on my nerves. And "preeching" is great because it sounds like a way of combining the meanings of "shrill" and "preach."

Because no matter how hard we try, we still fall short of what God wants us to be. If we can share the wonderful stories about Christs love, then perhaps someones life will be enriched or find out who God really is. Our God wants a relationship with us mortals and thats why His Son had to pay for our sins. I can't speak for everyone, but when I talk about God, its because I care about others and want them to have the peace that I have.

The rules are impossible to follow, don't really solve any problems, and open to interpretation and intentional misinterpretation as well as self justification.
Its easier to diabolize somebody else than to fix your own life and problems.

Good point as an atheist I have had christians tell me about 100 times I am a fool because I am an atheist. Yet in the bible it says:
whoever says, 'You fool!' shall be liable to the hell of fire . " Matthew 5:22

Jesuits are just like all people, it is easier to say then do. In scripture, it mentions the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Don't judge other people, just do the best you can with your life, and you will be fine.
