Most guys are shy, I was once one of them. If you're a school student and you catch him looking at you more than once, I'm certain he likes you. Also, in high school, I remember this girl would walk the longest way to get to her seat just because she wanted to walk by me, she liked me, (too bad I was shy back then!). Anyway it's the same for guys, look for the same situation, whether he tries to walk by you or catch your attention. If you really want him to make a move, most shy guys need a reason, they're afraid of getting shut down. So maybe give him a smile or wink and let him know you're interested. If he still doesn't take charge you can always ask him out if you're really interested. There's nothing wrong with that, for me, it's a turn on when girls ask me out.

Ask him to "hang out" a few times. look for things like eye contact, does he touch you, how does he respond when you touch him. If he continues to want to be around you and you enjoy each other, then I'd say he likes you. Then you're going to have to be brave and have the "what exactly do you want from this" conversation. He'll more than likely either want to date you or just be friends- both have their rewards.

As er shy around you... often awkard, like wanting to tell you something, may try and tickle you... trying to see if you bite behavour ie testing you.
Quite, not so confident...
Staring at you when they think you aint looking. Checking out your boobs.
Wanting to be a close friend. Wanting to touch you.

depends on the age of the boy ,usually if they are young they pick on you.they get a Little older the get nervous around you . then when they get a little older they stare at you all the time and seem to always be where you are or asking your friends about you.
