If all you got is a "pair o' dime", that will only buy enuf gas to make you sputter before you can engage, i.e. shift, the gears...So, not far, and definitely not fast...
Might as well just lay back and let the shiftiness occur on its on.
Answer then is: zero mph, 0 kmh, even zero ft/sec, unless you are in free fall, and then you will just accelerate at 16 ft/sec/sec until you hit and sqush.
