You can file a Disclaimer with the Probate Court where your Father's will is being handled, when it is probated. If it is never probated, you have nothing to be concerned about...having said that, talk to an Attorney in your State who specializes in Wills, Trusts and Estates.

I am taking wills, trusts, and estates. You may have to wait until it gets probated or go and speak to an attorney that will offer free advice.

You cannot remove your name from anyone's will. Only the person whose will it is can do that. If you are left something and you don't want it, make a charitable donation.

See the above answer. You can't be removed from a will... but you can refuse what is given to you.

A will can't be changed once the person dies because no one can change it but the person who its for. Sorry. You don't have to accept anything.

Just phone the executor and tell them you want to sign a release to any part of the will.

Maybe you can declare it to a charity or to a non-profit organization for good causes.

As far as I know I don't think that's possible. But if you really want to, I don't know why you would, but I would call your lawyer.
