Ok, let's get this right at least people. Jesus was a man. Jesus taught what God wanted us to know. When we follow Christ's teaching, we are following the word of God. Jesus is not God, never was, never will be. Jesus is the son of God and sits at the right hand of the father, God. Those of you who think Jesus is God are incorrect. Think of Jesus kinda like a prophet.

"When Jesus was living, the people around him had no problem believing he was God. They just didn't believe that he was human. Now, we have no problem believing that a man named Jesus walked the earth, we just have a hard time believing he was God"
We don't worship a man. We worship God. We are saved by His Son, who died for us. Yes, Jesus was a man. Yes, his father is God. But we don't worship a man, because now Jesus is as much God as God is. Some may worship to Jesus, but we do not worship him, we worship his Father.

What is the relationship between a Muslim and Mohamed? Is it one of worship? Respect? Devotion? I just want to know.
I wonder how that contrasts with the Christian's relationship with Jesus. Jesus was a true man, but Christians say he was also a manifestation of God, as Christ. It's a bit hard to comprehend, I agree.

I am Christian - and I know Jesus was a man. But God dwelled in him, just as God dwelled in the Ark of the former Covenant, God dwells in the Ark of the New Covenant.., Jesus.
While Jesus was not God and is not God, he is the beloved Son of God.., and just as the Jews bowed knee before the Ark of Covenant (not the ark itself, but God who dwelled in the holiest of holies) - so we worship at the feet of Jesus.
I am NOT a Trinity Believer. Now.., why do you worship a mere man and fight for a dead man over stupid cartoons? Jesus lives, Muhammad is dead and dreading judgment day for he will be called to account for all these millions upon millions of people for generations, leading them astray - trying to rob Jesus as his status as the messiah.., the chosen of God. That is blasphemous in itself.
When you say that God can do all things BUT can not create a son if he so choses - you yourself have blasphemed God.

Jesus is God. The human form that came to earth to show us an example of how we should govern ourselves and treat our fellow humans. God is propably some form of energy or light. The whole reason Jesus came to earth was to teach and to die as a human and be resurected to show that we as humans could also die, yet live again spiritually.

The vast majority of Christians have never read the bible, have no idea what it says, and don't care what it says.
They love Jesus and that's all that matters to them.
It is irrelevant to them that loving Jesus is equivalent to loving the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus.

"I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born I AM." (Jn 8:58)
"I AM" is the name that God called himself by in the Old Testament.
Yes, Jesus prayed, but he also CLAIMED that he was GOD.
