She is half jack russle and half mini beagle. and when are they done growing? Thanks for your time.

Don't know. Depends on which height Beagle it was bred with and what size the Jack Russel was. Stupid combo though!!!!!!

I have no idea what a mini-Beagle is.

The difference in size from a Jack Russell and a Beagle aren't much different, so it should be average size for either breed. It will probably be around 12-15 inches tall at the shoulder, and about 15-20 pounds, a nice size dog that's big enough to walk on a leash, but still small enough to sit in your lap.

That's a mutt so all bets are off.
Full height should be attained by 9-10 mons. Full weight by a 1yr.-yr. & a half.
There's no such thing as a "mini beagle". They come in 13 in. & 15in. varieties.
