Does any one know how i can get one of those no pay back money grant so i can build my self a kitchen i have no kitchen all i have is a bedroom and bathroom

A money grant that you don't have to pay back? Such a thing does not exist, to my knowledge. Unless of course it is for a business or handicap? Otherwise I think you should start searching for a better space, that includes the much needed Kitchen feature you desire.
