what's good price for a 20 inch?

That's a great question - they both look very similar.
If you want a 20" TV, those sizes only come as LCD TVs. That may make your decision a little easier.
Do you plan to watch HD programming with the new TV? If so, you need to make sure that it is an HD monitor - that means that it can support at least 720p resolution (1280x720 pixels)
