If they believe that their god is all-loving, all-powerful, and all-knowing, then by definition GOD is clearly the one responsible for everything that happens.

If god has the POWER to prevent bad things, and also the KNOWLEDGE of what is going to happen before it does, then He should be held responsible.

Anything that is supposedly done by Satan is God's plan.

If a child is abducted, raped, tortured and killed, it was god's plan to do that since he KNEW it would happen and had the POWER to prevent it.

Same with the supposed fall of Satan. God knew that would happen and had the power to stop it. So why do some people try and blame Satan when Satan would never have been if your god didn't want him to?

Also, eve wouldn't have been persuaded to bite the apple unless it was god's plan to do so. Adam and eve would still be in paradise if god didn't plan for the serpant to decieve them.

Wow, this is an easy question. I think you know the answer already, but basically this is simple combination of ignorance, brainwashed mindsets, and fear.

Through these qualities they foolishly think the bible is the literal word of god, so they just blindly follow that no matter how absurd out-dated their reasoning is.

here is a great list of absurdities listed in the bible:

Yeah... The Bible has many flaws. Way too many.

The way I see it, when I die, I'll find out what really happens. I'll find out what really seems to be going on. If there's heaven and hell. Etc.

In the meantime, I'll live my life to the fullest and the best way I can. I do believe in God, but I find it hard to believe in the Bible, many times. I do also believe that everything has a purpose, and it's God's plan...Even the bad things. Do I know why? No. Do I think it should happen? No. Am I God? Nope. So I just will do what I can to make things right for the people I care about down the road, and hope for the best in the afterlife.

That's all, folks.

Because "some christians" are blind and ignorant and too afraid to enter into reality.

Just read the response by "maguyver727".
This guy goes into a mindless rant about signing contracts with god and man selling things to satan and is so caught up in this fantasy of fear and delusion, he misses the whole point of the question.

God would have known about "the mess we're in" and how all the contracts would have turned out, so your reasoning is bogus.

That is a good question. I have never really gotten a good answer from a christian as of yet.

The response when something good happens is that I prayed to God and he answered my pray.

If something bad happen it was the devil that did it or Satan. My favorite one is the devil made me do it, made famous by Geraldine of Flip Wilson fame.

If you get a good answer before I do please let me know and I will do the same to you.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

people blame satan for everything bcuz they're ignorant. it's a stupid reasoning they abode by since it's not humans fault things happen but satan. I've never understood it myself but it's just SOOOOO stupid a thing to even comprehend that explaining it would be even more futile. You can argue that god is responsible for everything since he created everything. on the other hand he gave us the choice of free will. eve never would've eating from the tree had she not be given the ability to choose. God wanted her not to eat from there and be sudordinent and obey her master like a good slave does. but with choice comes mistakes. you cannot have good without an opposite force to compare it with. how can you have something perfect but yet be human at the same time? you can't bcuz we're not. god is not perfect either. if you read the scripture, he casts doubt on himself and states creating humans was a mistake. how can god make a mistake if he himself is perfect? if you follow the logic involved here of having free willed individuals who are perfect than it cannot be. god would have the knowledge of what choices we do and DOES have the power to stop it, if he wanted to. if he did, we would no longer be human but in his eyes perfect. perfect bcuz of his actions not ours. he wanted us to have the abilty to make the "right" choices in his favor. otherwise we would be mindless drones, slaves if you will. the satan thing, that;s how they're trained to think. ignorance aside, it's easier to find one thing to blame for all bad things than to truly understand all the factors that result in poor decision making.

STAND BACK in your MIND(imagination) and LOOK at the EARTH and the STAR SYSTEM as a WHOLE. The AUTHORITY to RULE and REIGN was given to MANKIND(male and female) 100 percent.
When ADAM changed God's(from the CREATOR to Satan) he let the Devil come into the CREATION(EARTH and STAR SYSTEM). Mankind was given 6000 year's(a contract between GOD and MANKIND) to RULE and REIGN over HIS CREATION. ADAM gave that AUTHORITY to Satan(who kills, steals and destroy's) and that's why were in such a mess. GOD has to wait till the TIME is UP to come back and take over again.
If I give you my car-key's and FULL AUTHORITY(NOT OWNERSHIP, just AUTHORITY to RULE and REIGN over the car and sign a LEGAL CONTRACT with YOU) over my car, I STILL OWN IT, but I have to come to you and ask if I can drive it, wash it so on so on, and IF you say NO, but I do it(drive it anyway, etc.) you could have me arrested!!!!!
The CREATOR has to go by the CONTRACT's HE makes!!!!!

It is because the people that say that do not want to believe that God did something bad to them. That is not the majority though they are the uneducated ones.
