3 You find shut Lights on(viceversa) when no one is with you?
4 you found Closed doors open (viceversa) even you are alone?
5 You see shadows even when no one is with you?
6 You hear sounds even when no one is with you?
7 Your dog barks even when no one is with you?
8 Does watter you let in Night appear in mourning like foggy?
9 Appliances turn on and of even when no one is with you?
10 You feel some one touch you even if you are alone?
Answering at least 4 means there are ghosts

No. There are no such thing as ghosts. Satan and his evil angels can manifest what appears to be a ghost.
(Holy Spirit aka Holy Ghost is not put in the same category of scary movie ghosts.)

I would say that more people have claimed to have seen ghosts first hand than seen God first hand. If people believe in ghosts and believe that they have seen them, then yes. There are ghosts. What an appropriate question for this forum.

If there are such a thing, as ghosts, I have never seen any evidence of them. I have been looking, and keeping an open mind for a long time, and I have never even seen anything resembling a ghost , spirit or anything of a supernatural nature.

Hard to say, That's why there are Paranormal investigative groups, to look for any evidence that ghost,spirits, entities, (whatever you want to call them) exist. there are groups all over the most highly known one is TAPS, they have a show on the Sci-Fi channel, they just ended season 3. I think there is something to the paranormal but I would need good evidence to believe it.
