Because it is all that we need.One stomach is more than sufficient enough...and having two would complicate our system-perhaps then,we would need more room inside which does not seem feasible...just as it seems there is no need for two vaginas/penis' on oneself-as inviting as that may sound to you & me,it would be more complicating than one trully knows.

We have a single digestive tract, it all goes one way (one direction) through our systems. Because we are omnivores, we don't need to spend as much time and effort digesting tough cellulose material (grass, bark, etc), so we don't have to do like a cow does and digest, bring it up to chew, swallow it again. Our fod is digested just fine with a single pass through the body.

We are not other animals. I body was created for us. We are not cows for instance, they have four stomachs, but they need it to ferment, collect junk, etc. Our body has adapted to how we live.
