i hate my butt because it is sooo flat! is there any excercises or websites or somthing that i can help make it a great butt?

Take a syringe, and liquid jello, inject it into your but and then stand in the refirgerator for a hour

You can do the stepper machine to build the muscles back there, but I don't think that will make a huge difference.

Your only hope is to get implants. As weird as it is, they do them.

I have done the research already!!! I have a flat butt also.

Squats, I do about 100 a day (I started at only doing around 20 a day, just add more and more each time) And I've been getting more shape to my butt. So yeah, squats!

Wear high healed shoes. While walking, sitting and standing push your back to maximum. It will pain initially but becomes a habit and will be protruding out. Along with this, when you walk the undulation of the buttocks will be terribly attractive than big buttocks which may not be attractive. And as you age and put on weight yours will become big and huge and then you will start asking how to reduce it.

Lunges and hamstring curls help to shape and enhance the gluteus maximus. Afterall the butt is made of muscle and the main reason for a flat butt is a lack of exercises to target that specific area..

Squats, lunges, belly dancing, hula dancing, and try this: suck yo tummy in, and stick that booty out, then turn yo booty round and round (diz iz also known as "juking" or in tha West Coast, "freaking"), when you sleep, sleep on yo stomach. If you do that thang where you eat alot, be ready to work: gain 20 pounds first, then do ab work outs (it is important to suck in that stomach while doing crunches and reverse sit ups), pilates, focusing on the abs helps alot, then tone tha rest of your body alot besides the butt. Lunges and squats is what my cuzin recommended for me, that's what I'm doing but I know for a fact belly dancing and hula is great for a great body (my Aunt is a professional Hula Dancer, and oh mah gosh iz her booty huge! ) My mom thinks using a hoola hoop would help, but my cousin says it won't do nothing. Seems like it would work too.

This is an honest answer for you...you can use a stair stepper type machine; this will build you muscle back there making you look a little more defined...it won't make you but bigger but it will tone your butt and make it look fabulous.
Also doing squats with light weights will also do toning.

You don't actually want to get rid of it, but add to it. Sit on it a lot. I have also heard, bread adds weight to your butt.

hmmmm....... eat lots of french fries, stick your butt out like a J, or get butt implants. You can also buy butt things in the JC Penny catalog.

Sit ups will help a bit. A lot of it though is genetic. Go to a gym and ask someone what they'd recommend.

I odn't know where you can get them, but they make a padding-like thing, just like they have to increase your bust, to increase your tush. They aren't permanate or anything, but they will give a shape to your deflated derierre.
