There is no reason why you couldn't be. Although, if you are not listed on your birth certificate as a junior, I wouldn't put junior on any other official documents. I really like your name.

What is a junior?a guy named after is father, a junior in school,are mint's,now being your a girl i would not think you would sign that after your name,i mean i just think it would be wierd being you not a boy.When asked you'r gender on applcation's it may cause some problem's too.But Id say it's totaly up to YOU.

Only if you were named after your mom. Son's are named junior after dad. Unless dad became a woman, then you would be Jr.
