I have the same problem, but i just see it as a test of my relationship. And if this guy knows you have a bf, he will try something to discourage you and get you to cheat. Just keep in mind that you have a good bf and that you wouldnt want to hurt him in anyway. Plus think of it like this, if your bf was in your shoes how would you feel? And tell your bf about this guy who says he likes you.

Been in a similar situation, and I am married. Professionals say if there is any opportunity to cheat that you should quit your job. That is irrational. The problem is, the more you feel you can't have something the more you want it. It is like reverse psychology. This is why you think about him all the time.
I have an idea though. Recently I found something out about the guy at my work that blew my mind and turned me off in a big way. So now all I can picture is this event associated with him.
There may be some NASTY stuff about this guy's life that you don't know. So admire the view and imagine the worst. Be happy with who you are with and try as much as you can to avoid the guy at work. I am sure you can.

I have been in that situation before, all this is really is about self control. Many people lack self control, but I have taught myself not to let temptation take over. You can't really get rid of the thoughts you have of other people, it is just a natural thing at least you are only thinking it and not doing it.

Temptation is a part of life. Remember, thoughts are harmless as long as you don't let them control your life and you don't act on them. Stick to a simple rule around him...Don't do or say anything that you wouldn't do or say if your boyfriend was there.

These are healthy thoughts. As long as you do not act on them, you are okay. I am sure your partnere has thoughts about other women, movie stars, etc. It is healthy to be attracted to the opposite sex. Just do not act on it, or put yourself in situations that will allow things to happen.

this happens alot especially when we are not getting so much attention from our own man we tend to stray a little,i suggest to you that when you goi home to your boy friend make out as much as you can and get closer to him every chance you get, this will steer your thoughts away from your colleague and soon enough you wont bother anymore about him

If you can't get him out of your mind - take it out in bed with your boyfriend. Sometimes that release is the best thing you can do.

What? You can't deal with being close to someone you are sexually attracted to without having sex with them? You should just grow up and deal with it like everyone else does.

Get out of your relationship and concentrate on having fun with whomever you want, whenever you want!
You can settle down with one guy later.
