well, i'm the girlfriend of "quiasmo" and he asked about tho "one" month I gaved him. it's not like he said... it's true I gaved him one month. we are a couple for 2 and a half years and during this period marriage was not an option for him. at the beginnig it was not for me. But the feeling grew up and now I want do get married!!! I have that right...don't you think?
if we are dating for so long, it's natural that I want to have a future in the relation...I must have! because I'm not dating him for anything...
Our relationship is very strange, because he is a different boy. He doensn't give kisses or hugues in public...he doesn't give me presents... he has a diferent opinion abou relationships!
So, like I don't want to be a "girfriend" forever, I decided to give him 1month!!!! it's fair right??

:)

Rita

I don't think giving ultimatums is great, but if he views relationships differently then I don't know. I think if you really want to stay with him you won't need a ring on your finger within a certain amount of time. But there is a fine line between being patient and getting used. Hard to tell without knowing more details or knowing you two personally.

It is your call, but I wouldn't marry him. He don't show affection in public! Is he embarrass of you or your relationship? Make a list of his positive and negative points and ask yourself if he/ your relationship is really worth pursuing.
Sometimes we stay together with people because it helps not to be lonely and you get use to it. But be assertive, there are plenty of men out there. Remember how fantastic is start dating again!

No, its not fair. You can't pressure a person into marrying you. If you don't like the kind of guy he is then leave and find someone you do like.

It doesn't sound like to me that you two are not meant to be together. Men who don't believe in giving presents or showing affection usually aren't ready for marriage. Please read all the signs with your head not your heart......

I think it's totally fair. Besides there would probably be someone else out there that would treat you alot better than he does. Why waste your time on him.
