it was hard every time i would close my eyes the lips i was kissing would become my exs,i kissed and made love to her with passion ment for another ,how do i stop this from happening

it won't stop happening until you are completly over the fact that you and your wife are really over....there is no way to really stop it....

Thickness beat me to the punch. She's right. From your description, it's gonna be hard. But you got to be honest to yourself first. I don't want to rule out your new partner but if you bring this up to her now, you might lose another opportunity for love. Take your time.
