Anything that's suits his face shape is good. But I think the most important is that it be kept neat and clean. Too many guys I've seen with greasy hair, kinda gross.

I like a guy whose hair looks like he don't really care but it still looks good. I like the longer messy look. I like to be able to run my fingers through it.
