what are some simple ways to add volume to hair?

my hair is pretty thin and i would like to add volume to it.. are there any easier ways that don't take a long time or hassle.

Use a round brush, a mousse for plumping up roots and a blow dryer. Apply mousse to roots, only. Use your round brush to lift hair at the root and blow dry on medium, cool down to set the lift. Also be careful how much conditioner you use, some can actually weigh the hair cuticle down making your hair look alot thinner. A clarifying shampoo works wonders on oily build up that can make hair lie flat against your scalp. Hope this helps.

After drying I use mouse in the top only of my hair. Then when I'm styling it I spray hair spray only on the base of the hair at the scalp. Just lightly. Then curl with curling brush or iron. Use fingers to arrange rather than comb or brush. Then spray a little again. Works for me.

Use a volumizer and a round brush in your crown area. Also, you could tease just a little. Not 80's style teasing, just put a little lift at your root:)

There's special thickening formula shampoo's that make your hair thicker, while giving it volume. Or add hairspray to your hair, then flip it over, mess it up a bit, then flip it back over.!
