i have never ever asked any of my past men for $$, or and 'stuff' for that matter. maybe honesty and integrity. i haven't been in really long relationships.. but i'm thinking that isn't normal. you should find some women who are a little better at holding their own-at least while you're dating!

not all girls want money, ok.... and if those girls want their guys to buy them everything well then for me that is sad, they should be able to buy what they want and not depend on thieir boyfriends i don't and i am happy......
