Then you need to get one.
Call your computer's manufacturing company and ask them to send you one. Its better to spend $10 on a recovery disk rather than spend $200 on a Windows CD. If you tell them you need a recovery disk for your computer, then they will sell you one.
Otherwise, you will have to try and make a recovery disk on your own , but its a tedious process and its best to just invest in a recovery disk instead.

For a full install, you need a disc. Unless your system had it installed without a disc accompany the system, you might find an option (depends on your manufacturer) to install from a section on your hard drive that contains the xp files and installation program attached.

Do you have an HP? Their recovery information is located on a partiion on the disk. When you restart the computer you need to press one of the "F" keys not sure which one because it depends on the system.

300 DOLLARS FOR A FULL COPY JUST DID THE SAME THING AND ENDED UP HAVING TO TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE IT WAS NOT LOADING PROPERLY SO THERE WAS A NOTHER 100 BUCKS
