whats that little table/furniture thingamagig that you place by a sofa in a living room called? you know how nightstands are those you place by beds right? what are those called that you place by a sofa where people usually place lamps?
living away from home really messes you up in forgetting the most simplest things. need it for a project im writing about right now.

There Called "End Tables" I looked it up on ask.com You can type in a phrase like what are the tables called at the end of a sofa and it will give you an answer. You can even type in mat equations or what ever its pretty cool. Good Luck

Night Stand (or bedside table) is next to a bed.
End Table sits at the end of couch or beside a chair.
