If the break up is fairly new and he is the one that broke up with me, than people with in 25 feet of me can probably hear my heart break. But if it's been awhile and I'm with someone else, then I don't care.

No matter who caused the breakup, no matter what kind of rotten things he did to me, I can never stand it. It's as though once I have "had" a man, I think of him as always exclusively mine. Of course, this is ridiculous, and goes a long way toward explaining why I'm single. But there's no point in lying about it. I just feel sick inside to see any of my exes with anyone else. I know I'm not alone. It's just that some people hide it better than I do.

I feel, good for them, glad it isn't me,but if you feel anger or upset, then your not over them,i am getting the feeling by your question that maybe this is how you are feeling? In the long run you will get more adapted to seeing them together and you won't think twice about it.Just remember in your mind when you do see your ex out,why you two broke it off in the first place!Good Luck!

It is called jealousy. That evil felling in the region of your heart. It sucks. Unless you are feeling relief to be rid of the person that is the type of feeling that makes you all warm and fuzzy inside.

Depends. If I am still in love with my ex, then I would get a sick twisted feeling in my gut. If I wasn't, then I would be thinking, "You poor, poor bastard. I hope it works out with you and the psycho."

You feel like theres a part of your stomach missing...i think it might be either jealousy mixed with lost memories or sadness that they've moved on

It is the worst feeling ever, specially if your significant other was
the one who broke it of. I got so ill that I had to relocate to another state.
