Yes, and some dude wrote about it too. What makes mormons a cult is the fact they believe American Indian fiction. (that would make an interesting conversation - you: so I hear you believe in American Indian folklore they: .... it's true, I KNOW it is!)

Yes we believe that Jesus Christ visited the inhabitants of the North American continent after His Crucifiction.

No, that does not make us a cult. It is written in the bible that he had others to visit...

John 10:16 - And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

Jesus visited the American continent after His resurrection. We don't know the exact location, but we know it was in the Americas.

No, this doesn't make it a cult.

yes they believe that he visited places in Guatemala which is absolutley absurd, it was proven by many Mormon archeologists who were trying to prove that he did come to the Americas that he never did. Why would Jesus tell his disciples to "go unto all the nations and spread the gospel" if he was going to go himself, that doesnt make sense...

and to refer to an earlier answer, mormonism is a cult and if one would study all aspects of it it is quite clear that it is

I don't know what Mormons actually think about that--all I know is that Mormons added books to the Bible, are very pushy people (generally speaking), and think that their way is the only way. I don't believe that any religion should assume such arrogance.
