Yes, it will be returned through Karma. You should use a freezing spell this way no harm or ill intention is thought or brought about and keeps the person whom is bothering you away. Always think good thoughts and intentions or Karma will be reinbursed.

be careful.
try dealing with the person directly, but if that absolutely will not work, do it, but do it with a kind, loving heart - not out of anger. only put positive energy out into the world.

a banishing spell huh?. well.. um, i don't know!! that's just weird! why would you do that? just tell them to stop bugging you. and if that doesn't work then use the best banishing spell there is....a restraining order.
