If you have small enough hands to string the wire.

Your best bet is to take a drill to it and make a small hole so you can thread the wires through. Just be careful and dont drill into any parts, look for a clean spot with nothing around it. I had to do similar threads for an audio system i put into a 75 Torino.

I also found the running the wirse through things under the dashboard works very well. Usually there are mounts under the dashboard with holes in them to hold up all the parts in it. Just wrap the wires around the mounts underneath the dashboard and keep it tight so it doesnt droop down and you end up hitting it with your feet while you are driving. Just wire it all the way to the doors and then you can wire straight down the side into the floor and under the rug or carpet floor of the car intot he speakers if you are trying to wire the back ones. It works perfectly. I can go into further depth if you need any more info, just email me.

Not really enough information here dude. Where are the wires going to/and from. You can remove the door seal on the floor by removing a few screws. Then you can work the wires under the carpet, you may even have to pull the seats out if you want to completely conceal the wiring. Then use plastic cable ties or military style 100 mph tape to secure the wires up under the dash so they don't fall out and get tangled in your feet. If you are replacing old speaker wires you can cut the old ones, tie them to the new ones and pull the new in while pulling the old out. If that don't help gimme a little more info and I'll try to help ya out.

There should be a rubber gromet just under the master cylinder or the steering linkage open it up a little and you should be able to run the wire(s) you need to run. Now once you're in the dash you should be able to ziptie them to the existing harnesses all the way across the dash.
