Ok so i know that most of you are probably going to totaly give me that well you don't know yourself yet and you really should wait till 25 crap. But see the way i feel about it is...age doesn't matter...the inside does. It matters if their mature and able to handle a relationship. I'm not really planning on starting a relationship right now (im 18) but i'm thinking if it works out with a certain guy i know it might be 19 or 20. So do you agree with me...how do you feel about this? By the way the guy is 6 years older.

Well, you are probably pretty mature now and have been for awhile. The problem is that guys, at least, change several times during their lives and about 23-25 is one of those big changes for most. Before then can be a dangerous time to get married.

it shouldn't matter too much. if you are serious and not just wanting to play around, and so is he, then it can work. I started a relationship with my boyfriend when we were 18 and we're still together. almost 3 years now. but it seems you have the right idea, it's all about how mature you are. and him being 6 years older might make him more mature as well. i think it's okay.

It may work, it may not, but if you find out in 5 years that he is just a stud with no future, you will be SORRY!
