We all fantasize about sex. He could have some kinky sex in mind, but is afraid to tell you about it, because you might or will think it's too kinky.
He may have some fetish, or some shall we say, not normal sex in mind. He may have a thing for anal, the list is endless.
Unless he lets you know, there isn't much you can do.

If I fantasize, it would be about her in general, since she's in Japan and I'm in Cali. If we are together, there's not much to fantasize about since we are too busy. Outside of that, it would be about things she doesn't do for me in bed. If there comes a day where she does all I want, then I don't what I would fantasize about. Hmm...
