Start watching movies and acting like the guys on screen (that are confident). Sooner or later it will come naturally. 29 though, that is older and it may take longer than expected. But by then you've been through college and a LOT of life and you should not be shy. You might be an extreme. Too confident or not confident at all. I prefer a guy that is not confident at all. Go with a woman that will boost your confidence and ask if you can go shopping with her. Sometimes this helps if it is bikinis you are shopping for...get my drift?

Internet dating can be fun...and that way you can "interview" women and find out whcih one you would actually consider dating! Sorry about your bad luck...hope you find what you're looking for...'coz the single world in this day and age is complete chaos and utter destruction. But...maybe it's harder out there for me because I'm female. Still...in any circumstance...I hate the dating scene today. Most men are cowards or liars-which I dispise both. I gave up a long time ago...now I'm just living for me...and I think I might actually be happy this way! You should try it... "Give it to God" as they say. Let Him take care of finding your special someone for you and that way you can just concentrate on YOU! After all...being single means finally being able to be selfish! Have fun! And good luck!

Talk to people. Complete strangers. Anywhere and everywhere. Don't use cheesy pick-up lines. Smile at people. You'll appear more outgoing and friendly, and women will be more drawn to approach you. Good luck.

im a female, so i may help, you can meet a nice lady at a supermarket, start a conversation over a bag of brocilli, you can also meet a lady at the laundry, at church or at a car wash, it works, good luck
