It is possible. A girl can be psyically attracting to a guy, and this can turn them on without lusting after them.
However most guys that have grown out of this stage consider their girlfriends or wifes to be the most beautiful thing so when they look at another female, they just see another person. Lust doesnt come into play either if you are in a relationship and keep him happy.

Getting hard looking at a cute girl, means you want her and to take her to bed. However it doens't mean that you will try to do that.
If we guys did that all the time, we would accomplish nothing. It's all a hot fantasy. We lust after girls, we know we will never have, as those girls in Playboy or Penthouse etc.
Sure we want her, doesn't mean we expect to get her, or even try for that prize.

Of Course. If a girl is attractive it is very easy to "get hard" just by looking at her. Remember most guys (esp. in the late teen early 20's) can get hard for absolutely NO reason at all !

well i have a guy friend that is very open about those kind of things too. and hes in a relationship too. i think its a lie. they cant get hard without wanting her. or else he would get hard at all.
