When she chews on something you don't want her to chew, redirect her attention to an appropriate toy and praise her when she starts chewing on it.
Also try something called Bitter Apple. It can be found at your local petsmart or petco. Its a spray that can be used on almost anything and has a bitter taste so that your pet won't chew things you want left alone.

my puppy is a wild mutt and she chews things if she's bored, too. you could get her a chew toy(tennis balls would work if you're willing to fight them back). my neighbor's dog has these big half-squishy rings that are easy to throw. some bones you get at the pet store are made for teething. i'm not sure if your dog is a pup, but if she is she's probably just teething and might outgrow the habit of chewing things. might. keep your shoes out of reach, because my dog chewed 5 pairs of them up.

Get a KONG toy...and put treats or peanut butter inside it in addition to the sprays mentioned earlier.
The Kong toys are hard rubber and made to be chewed. If you give her something to chew, I bet she'd love it!

Is she crate trained? I leave my dog in her crate with her toy and it protects her from getting into anything.
